UPDATE #2:Though I declined any additional help from Auntie Cleaner at first, my agent still decided to use their services. Because of that I changed my rating a bit.AN IMPORTANT UPDARE #1 TO THE REVIEW BELOW:After I posted this review, I got a call from the Absolute Cleaning company. The guy told me that I have no receipt from the Absolute Cleaning company, but from Auntie Cleaner company. So, though these companies are absolutely related and I actually talked to the Absolute cleaning support all the time (check the screenshots), I cannot post this review. And he literally threatened me to take legal actions again me. Just wow.Waste of time and money. They don’t know even the basics, like how to wash the floors properly, or that after cleaning a surface with a wet cloth you should wipe it with a dry one, and so on. I ordered a move out cleaning. When I came to check the results, almost everything was not as it supposed to be. The floors were dirty, the balcony was not cleaned properly, the bathrooms (including the mirrors) were in stains and just not dry, the surfaces were in stains also, definitely not all the surfaces were wiped as you expect it to be. After I shared this with the management, they suggested me to ask the cleaners to fix all the issues. But it just doesn’t work this way. This way I would need to show them how to do every job properly and check everything after. And this is not what you want when you order a simple move out cleaning. You expect a system and training that guarantee results - a clean apartment. And these guys obviously have no system and not even basic training. Extremely disappointed. By the way, the actual name of the service is "Auntie Cleaner". There's a separate organization with this name.

Well, you have to get your apartment cleaned before you hand back the keys.@bsolute - amazing, I didn't expect every single cupboard & drawer to be deep cleaned, as well as taking apart the extractor fan amongst other things.They even did the 5m high patio windows, inside and out.I was changed for 5 hours, between them they must have done at least 7.Credit where credits due the team, Thidar and Myat worked so hard.At the same time I had the 5m high curtains steam cleaned, again excellent work from both Arulan and Myo Min.Highly recommend.

Thidar and Mukalay provided excellent end of tenancy cleaning, paying great attention to detail. They moved furniture and items to clean hard-to-reach areas and took the extra step of washing the filters of the washing machine, dryer, and standing fan. Their thorough work left the property in top condition. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable and thorough cleaning.

Managed to see a magnet advertisement on @bsolute cleaning and being a new BTO flat, decided to try out their service. We are glad that we have Aye Thidar Htun as our reliable cleaner for our unit. She has done an outstanding job with the house! The floors are spotless and the way she organized everything really stands out. The attention paid to cleaning the kitchen, carpet, windows, toilet, bedroom, ironing of clothes are incredible. Each time when we returned to our unit after her cleaning appointment, the house is super clean and it also relieved our headache of self-performing these daily house chores . I also noticed how thoroughly she cleaned the bathrooms, leaving everything shining and fresh. Her effort with the dusting and making sure all the little corners are taken care of is truly appreciated.
